We’re a counseling practice offering virtual sessions for Ohio and West Virginia beginning late August & September 2026.
What we do: We offer individual counseling to support adults navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility and loss. We also support individuals experiencing frequent or “stuck” worries, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, ADHD, hormone shifts throughout life, and more.
Next steps: Choosing to begin your journey in therapy can feel layered and complex. You might feel excited to prioritize yourself in a new way; worried about “what therapy is” (and isn’t); hesitant and curious about starting something new. All of these emotions (and more) are common when we’re at the threshold of a new beginning. If this resonates, you aren’t alone.
