Hi. We’re glad you’re here.
The first step toward support and a helping hand can feel shaky. You may have thought about reaching out for months (or years) before you clicked our link, filled out a contact form, or made a phone call. You’re in great company and we’re grateful for the opportunity to meet you here.
At Petal & Pine you’ll find caring humans who want to see you succeed–in whatever success means for your journey. We gravitate toward this understanding: our job is to create a calming environment and sound clinical care where you can flourish in a way only you know how to. And we’re honored to witness your evolution into the next chapter of your life.
We offer several different therapeutic approaches. These range from cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Right now we offer support for individuals. We’ll keep you updated on services as we grow and expand.
As you browse our website, you’ll find blog posts with helpful insights and reflections. You’ll also find a list of local and online resources. These pages will include topics such as:
friendship / connection / relationship
pregnancy / postpartum
breastfeeding (chest feeding) journey
authenticity & self-love
queer identity / pregnancy / postpartum
adult ADHD
coping with hormone-related changes
caregiving / over-giving
spirituality
acceptance
loss (of many kinds)
… and more
We hope you find your healing where it aligns most with your needs and stage in your journey. If this snapshot of who we are resonates with you, we’d love to chat. You can find our contact form in the “contact us” section of this page. You can also give us a call. We can’t wait to hear from you.
As always, this website or any resource does not take the place of a caring, supportive professional. If you find yourself needing support, you can always call 988 [Suicide and Crisis Lifeline], 911, or visit your local emergency department and request to speak with a social worker or other caring representative to chat with about what you’re going through. You aren’t alone.
