Hi, there. I’m Meredith. I’m most likely the voice you’ll hear on the other end when you give us a call. When you chat with me on the phone or meet for our first session, I hope you’ll hear in my voice how much I truly love what I get to do every day–and what a privilege it is to share space and a conversation with you.

I strive to live in the nuanced space between hurt and healing. I’ve learned to experience my own emotions as a guiding light–informing me of parts of myself left behind or adventures I’m ready to leap toward. I believe in our ability to feel deep loss and still take the first step to build something new. I believe in our ability to feel lost in heartache and still find ourselves again (or for the first time). I believe in the power of witnessing a story; giving the gift of attention–feeling seen; connecting with another in a moment that feels like too much or overwhelming. I believe in offering space for all parts of you to show up–the pain and celebration, alike.
